Mr. X Pizza

Review: my finacee went to mr. x pizza and order a chicken finger platter. when he got home and I opened it, it did not look like chicken at all and tasted terrible so I had my finacee return the food and get us a refund. The owner would not refund my money or even offer to make a new one or something else. He told him that he wouldn't take the food back because it was fine and denied refunding the money for it. He was very rude when I called him and said others have said that they were bad too so I guess this isnt his first complaint. All I wanted was my money back and we gave the platter back with all the food and one bite out of one of the chicken fingers that tasted like fish. Thank you and hope someone else doesn't have this happen to them.Desired Settlement: I just want my $7.62 back for horrible food and service.
