I hired Walcheske to represent me in a sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation lawsuit. I always had to email or call to find out what was going on. I gave them everything they needed all neatly laid out with notes of where everything was located that they would need. He gave me very little guidance through mediation, leaving me with a very unfavorable outcome and him with a nice paycheck. When I wanted to appeal, he filed the appeal paper for me and then resigned from the case. He does not care about your best interest as long as he gets his pay. Please, for your own sanity find a different attorney!
