Review: Worked with owner some months back about creating a website. The website was never completed. Paid in full for website, but work was not completed to my satisfaction. Most specifically, I was promised a working chat feature. I also was given tutorial videos and after 30 days they were taken down. I was promised I would always have them. The chat feature is not operational and I have no way of accessing it because company has passwords. I was also given a social networking platform and that is not fully functional. I have emailed numerous times for customer assistance and have not received a response.Desired Settlement: I require the following:I want to transfer the hosting of my site and have a functional chat feature.I require FTP user name, FTP server, FTP & explicit FTPS ports, FTP password.I require the company working with my new web designer to transfer the hosting to my new host & and any other things required to affect full transfer.I require the tutorial videos to be fully functioning.I require the social networking platform to be fully functional and all control to be handed over.
