MRA Marketing has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. [redacted] the owner promised to complete my website within 7 days and not it has been a few weeks and it is still not done and he demanded his full payment even before he was finished even though our contract and his website says final monies are not to be paid until after completion and 100 percent satisfaction. He said if I didnt pay I would not get anything. He as lied to me over and over. He has promised delivery times and never comes through. I told him that I found out that he had a complaint from Revdex.com in 2012 that I found online and he said it was a competitor that is mentally disturbed and all not true. But in my experience with this company it is the worst company I have ever worked with in any field in 30 plus years.Desired Settlement: I just want the work completed quickly and like what was promised. Then I can move on.

I spoke with [redacted] and he is finishing all the work that we expected and I am very satisfied with the company.

Please withdraw my complaint. I did not know how this would be resolved. It retrospect I wish I had held out to see full resolution.

I recommend this company to others now and I am happy with their work.
