Every experience I have had with MrAppliance has been extremely positive I think the people that have said negative things about too long of wait times have been using warranty companies and it is the warranty company's fault that there has been a long lag time in getting an appliance fixed Every single time I have used MrAppliance, my appliance has been fixed very fast and I am completely satisfied with their work AWESOME local company!!!!
MrAppliance installed the dishwasher I purchasedThe technicians were incredibly nice and they even noticed, and fixed, a minor issue with our garbage disposal at no extra charge!
Very prompt and professional repair on my large refrigerator, only or years old, which quit coolingHe found it had lost all coolant thru a small copper line leakThe MrAppltechnician was proficient in diagnosing and repair of "sealed systems" (I learned what it is called)Had to remove the compressor, locate the leak, repair the leaking line, purge and recharge system, and had it cooling again like new in a couple hoursSo glad to have my 'fridge running again!
Be warned they charge the $service fee every time they come outAs an example our neighbor and myself scheduled with them to repair refrigerators so they could make one trip and visit two customersThey charged us both the $service charge for the initial visit to evaluate the problem and then $again to come out and make the repairSo $total
