I am the owner of the businessThe original complaint from Mrs [redacted] and the complaint was that the ice did not fall into the binWe replaced the bin and waited until we heard ice fall into the binThey paid usWe got a call a couple of days later from Mrs [redacted] and she said the ice was not coming out of the outside dispenserThey added a complaintWe had not looked at or worked on the outside dispenser [redacted] went out and removed the ice bucket we had put in and removed a panel so that he could see what the problem wasHe saw that there was no auger motor to push the ice out of the dispenserTheir problem is the outside dispenserWe had been hired to work on the inside dispenser and had never touched the outside dispenserMr [redacted] took the phone from his wife and was very rude to our customer service people and accused us of stealing parts from his refrigeratorWe did not take any parts from the refrigeratorWe have given them a full refund on the $on 01/14/and Mrs [redacted] said that was fine
The customer was given a 100% complete refund within minutes of his phone callIt was processed on his Visa card at 1pm August 25, I have the transaction IDThe minute he called he was refunded his money in fullEvery resolution including free resolutions to the customer was unacceptable to himWe offered to come back of free and also told him we would do the labor for free, and those options were all unacceptable to himIt was four day from the initial visit to parts installWe have given him a full refund and there is nothing left to refund in this matter
