Came to access then repair my washer Ran a test asked for payment Said computer was down and could not give me description of what is wrong or what needs to be fixed Said he would have it to me after computer starts working again After a week, I contacted his office via phone, email, and text several times Never heard a response I feel that this is fraud I was not given what was promised Waste of my time and money Poor customer care Would never use the company again Total rip off
