I purchased a washer and dryer from lowes may my dryer needed repair and I called for service with my extended warranty and they had mr appliance call me to set up service aptthey came on january and I am still waiting to have it fixed I was told the part was on back order and every week when I call they tell me the part will be in but it never comes, today I was told it will be in today hopefully this is true I called lowes a few times they were no help and how dare they use a service company with a rating from Revdex.com as a F to service our appliances
