This company is the worst as far as costumer service, the two young girls that work there are just beyond rude and disgusting, couldn't answer simple questions without been nasty ......trying to deal with them It was a nightmare

To whom it may concern: I am writing in response to complaint ID# [redacted] We are required in our contract with our lender to inventory the complete vehicle and store all propertyAll belongings are binned neatly in plastic tubs, marked, logged and stored till customer pick them up or until it expires at which time personal info is shredded and destroyed and valuables are donated to various charitiesPlease understand the nature of this complaint, we are a repossession company, we are hated for doing a job that many see as cruelThis customer did not come in here with great intentions, nor was she happy to be hereThe claims and allegations made are and created out of angerWe are a very reputable and one of the largest companies in the NY area

Easy to deal withThey were more then accommodating given the circumstancesSaw a few very nasty people picking up their carsThey act like its the companies faultIts our fault for not paying our bill

My 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee was repossessed and after I paid both the bank and repo all their fees they refused to give me back my car without signing a waiver releasing them of any liability to damage, theft or claim. They wanted this signed before I was able to see my car but I refused until I saw my car. I noticed damage to both bumpers and hood so I refused to sign the waiver. They have still not released my vehicle and it is going on three days now. There bullying tactics and in my opinion, illegal business practices have probably caused thousands of people to be extorted into signing a form in leu of receiving there property back. This company should have there business license suspended and then ultimately revoked for not complying with the states fair business policies.
