After extensive emails back and fourth with the customer she simply did not understand that prior to removal of the dumpster we "Authorize" the credit card we have on file if/any overweight charges occurYes we did fail to pick up the dumpster on her request as we have 100's of dumpsters out there We always tell the customer "we will do our best" because you never know what mechanical, traffic, drivers call in sick issues can occurAfter many emails with [redacted] she finally understood that when we picked up the final dumpster, it was underweight and depending on her card holder ( [redacted] ) it would take 1-business days for her monies to reappear on her endOnce we pick up any dumpster we immediately delete the authorizationTo be clear we do this because in our past if we remove a dumpster, do not authorize it, an overweight fee occurs, then there credit card is declined, it then causes us to have funds owed to person(s) that do not have an account with usBelow I will copy & paste the most recent email with ***
