There is no overcharge, see the below response She did not remove a vehicle from TXDOT when she first stated that she wanted it removed, the carriers can not remove until clients remove from TXDOT So until that time she was charged for the truck but only up until she removed the vehicle from TXDOT, then a return premium was processed for her and then she added the truck back to the insurance as well Everything was done per her request. This is a trucking account and are still a client of ours as well This all stems from a truck that she stated was in the shop and wanted removed from her insurance on 7-22-16, which we tried to remove with the carrier Due to the TXDOT rules and regulations a vehicle can not be removed from insurance until the owners remove them from the TXDOT website, which we notified the client as soon as we heard from the carrier on 7-29-that this needed to be done Client did not remove the vehicle from TXDOT until 8-24-16, so the carrier did not remove from coverage until that time Then on 9-6-she added the truck back on to insurance During this time she added a truck effective 7-22-16, which she wanted financed for the additional premium and we did not receive the down payment owed to us We did get the endorsement from the carrier for removing the truck that was in the shop, the carrier sent the money back to the finance company, which is how this works and then we received the endorsement for adding the same unit back to the policy, which again she needed to finance and no down payment owed to us was received on this endorsement either from the clientAll is documented in our files and all done per her request All the billing is sent to us from the carriers and the financing is handled by a finance company as well

I am rejecting this response because:TThey have completely ignored to explain the extra truck charge If the truck was on Texas DOT for one month, does it guarantee a charge of a deposit of over $and a financed premind of $7754?Check the attached financed schedule on the first report submitted The finance also has the first initial trucks when the renewal was done, it also has the swapped truckand finallythe one that was added back onOn your financing breakdown, all the incidentsare charged and there is no place reflecting any kind of refund of whatsover.THIS clearly shows how you rip off customers with no clear calculations on your end to support your claim. AS of today due to the poor business I have received, I have deleted trucks and only one truck remaining in the fleet and would like to get this squared ASAPPaperworkof the same already submitted through the email this morning I will appreciate your prompt response to the adjusted premium calculations on funding to reflect only ONE truck in my fleet. Thanks,***

This is a trucking account and are still a client of ours as well. This all stems from a truck that she stated was in the shop and wanted removed from her insurance on 7-22-16, which we tried to remove with the carrier. Due to the TXDOT rules and regulations a vehicle can not be removed from insurance until the owners remove them from the TXDOT website, which we notified the client as soon as we heard from the carrier on 7-29-that this needed to be done. Client did not remove the vehicle from TXDOT until 8-24-16, so the carrier did not remove from coverage until that time. Then on 9-6-she added the truck back on to insurance. During this time she added a truck effective 7-22-16, which she wanted financed for the additional premium and we did not receive the down payment owed to us. We did get the endorsement from the carrier for removing the truck that was in the shop, the carrier sent the money back to the finance company, which is how this works and then we received the endorsement for adding the same unit back to the policy, which again she needed to finance and no down payment owed to us was received on this endorsement either from the clientAll is documented in our files and all done per her request. All the billing is sent to us from the carriers and the financing is handled by a finance company as well. Again she is still a client of ours. Thank you, Jason McKinley

There is no overcharge, see the below response.  She did not remove a vehicle from TXDOT when she first stated that she wanted it removed, the carriers can not remove until clients remove from TXDOT.  So until that time she was charged for the truck but only up until she removed the vehicle from TXDOT, then a return premium was processed for her and then she added the truck back to the insurance as well.  Everything was done per her request. This is a trucking account and are still a client of ours as well.  This all stems from a truck that she stated was in the shop and wanted removed from her insurance on 7-22-16, which we tried to remove with the carrier.  Due to the TXDOT rules and regulations a vehicle can not be removed from insurance until the owners remove them from the TXDOT website, which we notified the client as soon as we heard from the carrier on 7-29-16 that this needed to be done.  Client did not remove the vehicle from TXDOT until 8-24-16, so the carrier did not remove from coverage until that time.  Then on 9-6-16 she added the truck back on to insurance.  During this time she added a truck effective 7-22-16, which she wanted financed for the additional premium and we did not receive the down payment owed to us.  We did get the endorsement from the carrier for removing the truck that was in the shop, the carrier sent the money back to the finance company, which is how this works and then we received the endorsement for adding the same unit back to the policy, which again she needed to finance and no down payment owed to us was received on this endorsement either from the client. I am rejecting this response because:They did not address the main issue of overcharging.  They are also charging 4 trucks through the year and we only have 3 trucks in the insurance. I am still current on the  overcharge rate to avoid any late fee that might arise and company cancellation of operations due to non payment of insurance......they indicated am still their client. .that does not automatically mean am good with their overcharge terms  THIS IS WHERE THE PROBLEM IS AND THEY NEED TO FIX IT. Based on the attachments I submitted, it included when they sent schedules out to be paid depsit for the added truck, that is the time I logged in my first complain in September and upto this moment, they have REFUSED to settle it, still counting months to renewal for their benefit. If they cannot fix it then I will go ahead and cancel the insurance service due to OVERCHARGE, THEY RECEIVED FINANCED money for 4 trucks instead of 3 trucks that we have in our insurance now they DO NOT want to pay back, instead passing the expense on us the tracking company..
