Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am responding to your letter I received on April 23, I completely disagree with his response He only returned to my house on one occasion and when he did he put a bunch of caulking on the cracks and it looks awful When he removed the shingles if he thought there was going to be a problem with leaks in the future why did he not address the issue with the boards then That is why we hired a professional to tell us what we needed I called him on several occasions and left messages and he would not call back I did become angry but I never cussed him I spoke with one of the men that works for him named Mr [redacted] and he stated that they didn't have time to come back and fix it I am not going to be satisfied until it is resolved however I do not want him doing the work I have spoken to more people that he has installed their roofs and they are having trouble also I've hired a contractor that is coming in the spring to pull off one whole side and fix it like it should have been and he said it would run around $3,000.00, but I will settle for $2, Thank you for your time and effort [redacted]
