MrElectric did offer a refund in part of $ and we agreed to accept that offerHowever, they never actually refunded ANYTHING! A check was never received from MrElectric! Had MrElectric fulfilled one of their many promises to make the situation right --- this would be a moot point and the situation would be resolved as they believe this to be The job was in fact not completed for free as we were forced to pay for a portion of the job to the electrician himself in order to have it completed in fullThat portion of payment has been swept under the rug by MrElectric as we were told sorry there is nothing we can do about thatTheir employee came into our house, damaged our house, attempted to hide it and MrElectric has promised on multiple occasions to make the situation right and failed to follow through on each promise

After calling four other electricians who could not spare someone to help me, MrElectric said someone would be out soonShane called me within minutes and arrived shortly afterHe checked out the power to my water heater and quickly determined that the water heater control panel had gone badHe referred me to Whirlpool customer service to get a new control panel under warrantyHe said he would be happy to install the new panel when it comes inWhirlpool has sent a new panel via UPS overnightMrElectric did not charge me for this visit

We completed this job for free, and reimbursed this customer an additional $for the inconvenienceThis remedy was mutually agreed upon between the homeowner, myself, and the District manager of [redacted] This should be a non-issue at this point
