Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The owner is not being truthfulThe car wash is automatic however they use brushes and a water sprayer prior to the car entering the cash wash itself threat could have easily caused the damageHe offered me a refund for none reasonThey were busy since it was good weather and our conversation getting heatedHe didn't want other patrons to hearHe demanded that I leave and I was not going to leave till I was given his name and info that he refusedI only took the refund so I would have a receipt since he didn't give me one front the actual saleThis damage was not on my car before I let them take it to wash itThis business is poorly run and appears to be more of a front than an actual businessI have tried to stop and speak with them but they are never open
