incorrectly addressed to *** *** ***.I have been in business for years and have never received a complaint letter from the Revdex.com and have never had any issues with the quality of the work performed.Upon finishing the job the customer claimed that everything "looked beautiful" and was "extremely happy." I received the customers initial complaint dated January 26, (Item A) after I had sent a final invoice requesting payment on January 21, As requested in the customers initial complaint letter, I had provided a separated letter (Item B) addressing all of their concerns including an itemized invoice (no mention of gas line or door issues)I had even reached out the customer via her cell phone to follow up and remedy the situationI was unable to leave a voicemail with the customer as their voicemail was fullOther than the letter I received, the customer has not reached out to resolve the situation, not returned my phone call and has not notified me of any issues with my work.Regarding the customer's complaint with the Revdex.com, I have addressed all the customer's concerns regarding cost in Item BThe complaint letter from the Revdex.com is filled with numerous lies regarding my competency as a skilled professional as evidence as this is the first complaint filed after years in business.I believe the client/customer is providing these claims and accusations due the fact that my employee had fallen through the customer's deck stair tread and injured himself while leaving the residence (deck was not a part of the project)While I have since restructured my business and that individual is no longer an employee of MRH Construction Company, I believe there to be ongoing litigation between the customer and my former employee regarding his injury.I am still requesting full payment in the amount of $2,from the customer and would like to remedy this situation as soon as possible before I have to take the next step in the collections process.Regards,Mark RH***MRH Construction Company
