I am rejecting this response because:If my franchise was with the subsidiary, why they want me to sign a termination agreement with MRI?they got to know after they sold me the franchise that I could not operate and trade unless I hired a professional for over 130,a year. they got to know that after they sold the franchise to meto prove that there is a meeting that one of their people came down to talk to local authority to try to convince them to let me tradeat no avail.MRI experience outside US territory is NOT yearsone of their franchise in this country warned them about this federal regulation but they went on selling me the franchise telling me after such a x$ investment and US training I could have started to operate the business.No possible with the legislation of this countrythey did not do their due diligencethey assumed that because they had one affiliate of years in this country, that I could operate too the same office warned them.
