I was charged times after I made my first purchase $I called said I did NOT sign up for this, some crap about my mothers name & said I approved it & THAT IS NOT TRUE !!!

Review: On April 8, 2015 I spoke with [redacted] regarding services for a business grant. He stated that he would be writing a business plan on my behalf and submitting it to various grant opportunities for women, veterans, and minorities. He stated that he would be mailing forms to me that I needed to complete and sign so that he could write my business plan and submit it on my behalf. This was a lie. I called [redacted] multiple times regarding the promise he made to write and submit my business plan. In each conversation, prior to April 20th, he maintained that he would be writing my business plan and submitting it for grants.

On April 20th, I received an email from a woman named Bonnie. Her email included her contact information, so I reached out to her. During my conversation with her, she informed me that [redacted] had enrolled me in a self-help program and that no one would be writing my business plan; nor would anyone submit my business plan for grants. She offered to enroll me in a coaching program for $34.95/month. This program would allow me to get advice on writing my business plan.

After speaking with Bonnie, I contacted [redacted] and told him what Bonnie had told me. For the first time, [redacted] admitted that he had lied. He got very nasty with me and hung up on me. So I called his supervisor, Sharon Hart, to let her know that [redacted] was nasty toward me and hung up on me. I also wanted to inform her that I was seeking a full refund based on the fact that [redacted] misrepresented their service. I left multiple messages for Sharon, but she has yet to return my phone call.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund. I also want the public to know about the fraudulent practices of this company and its associates.
