Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The original address this was sent to was found on the secretary of state website and when that was returned, I utilized the address provided by Bud T [redacted] when he forged a check made payable to "Indiana Leak Detection" rather than MrLeak Detective or Bud T [redacted] Additionally, Bud never (on both occasions) mentioned that a leak was detected by the water heater and he was present to assess the work done by the contractor, as he witnessed for over an hour the work they proceeded to do after he marked a SECOND spot, which was inaccurate I would not call him out a third time after markings, when their website states "pinpoint accuracy." Since they refuse to offer a refund or accept fault, I will be forced to contact News [redacted] for help Regards, [redacted]
