My a.chad gone out, and I needed to have it repaired, my home warranty sent me to MRPOn his first trip out he was had a very rude abrasive personality but looked at the unit and told me that he needed to run a test and that he'd be back to do soSo on the trip out it went smooth with no accident he found the leak and told me he had to order the part and he would be back next week, unfortunately that was the last I ever saw of himHe missed his appointment and since I was about to move out of the house I was on a time crunch so I called him several times before I finally got him to answer which I told him we needed him to come fix asap he told me he'd be back the next day The next day I left work early for the appointment and once again he was a no showI called him about a million times over the next week with every single call not only being ignored but forwarded by himI moved out of my house with out the a.cever being fixedMy home warranty contacted him and he lied and told them he came and fixed after I had moved out but now I have new tenants renting my house and low and behold it was never fixedTo anybody thinking about using this company DONT I repeat DO NOT use MRP

As the reviews on all other websites agree on one thing, the owner will not keep to his word. He never shows to his appointments. It is a wonder how this company can even stay in business.

Came out. Showed incompetence, paid $75, never returned after telling me he would be back on two different occasions.Service tech came out, said there was nothing wrong with heater. At my urging finally took back of heater and found one of two burners not working. Then cleaned out burner orifice, said he needed to order a new orifice,and left. Burner orifice plugged another three times and I had to clean out over the weekend. He told me he would be out Friday; no show. Told me he would be out on Monday; no show! I am out $75 with no repair of my heater. Desired SettlementI want my $75 service fee refunded

Work not completed properly, phone calls not returned. MRP was assigned by 2-10 Home Warranty company to service the HVAC on one of our rental units. The initial call was put in on 09/21/15 to MRP. On 09/25/15 our tenant called to ask when MRP was coming back to the home because they had told them they would return within a few days, and they had heard nothing. We contacted MRP and were told that a part needed to be ordered and they would schedule with the tenant once it arrived. On Oct 15, 2015 we tried contacting MRP and left messages for them asking that they contact the tenant or contact us. No phone calls were returned. On 10/16/15 we contacted 2-10 Home Warranty to see if they could make contact with MRP. They were able to make contact with MRP and we were told that MRP would contact our tenant no later than Monday 10/19. The tenant was not contacted until Tuesday 10/20. Once MRP went out to the property to install the new part(coil) they called our office stating that roof trusses needed to be cut in order for the part to be installed. We sent a contractor to the property and he told MRP that cutting the trusses could cause structural problems with the roof. MRP called our office back and stated that they would be contacting the home warranty company to find out an alternative option. Again, no phone calls to our office were returned. On 10/26/15 our office contacted the home warranty company for assistance and found that MRP had not contacted them for further instruction. The home warranty company tried contacting MRP and had to leave a message for them as well. We were told by the home warranty company that they would know something within 24 hours, so the next day we called back for a status update. MRP told the home warranty company that the roof trusses must be cut and it would be at a cost of $500.00. Again, a contractor had gone to the home and said that the trusses being cut could cause structural damage. At this point we contacted an outside HVAC contractor for a second opinion. The contractor went to the home and did a full diagnostic on the HVAC unit, and found that the roof trusses did not need to be cut nor did the coil need to be replaced. The unit simply had a clogged drain line. Our tenant was without air conditioning for over a month due to MRP's lack of communication and incompetence.Desired SettlementReimbursement of the $75.00 home warranty trade service fee, due to another contractor having to repair the A/C unit and reimbursement for the A/C window unit that the tenant purchased to keep her home cool for over a month.(Tenant has a small child under 2 years of age)
