We are a flat rate company We have different flat rates for different jobs according to whatever the plumbing or sewer problem it is We charge $to pull a toilet and snake the drain I'm sorry our Invoice doesn't print that on it We do not give the specifics of the jobs on the invoice We explain to the customer what we are going to do before the job, and we get the approval from them and have them sign a contract on our IPadsUpon completion we email an invoiceWe are a labor intensive service with expensive equipment and we try and work as clean as possible without disrupting anyone Please accept our apology for not explaining the service better

WE HAVE GONE OUT TO THE CUSTOMERS HOME, REPAIRED THE ITEMS AND HAVE REFUNDED HER $ THE CUSTOMER WAS SATISFIED
