This *** was serviced prior to sale on 3/27/and had all oil leaks repaired, engine oil changed, air filter replaced, all wiper blades replaced and was driven with no steering or motor mount issues foundRecently customer had vehicle at a *** *** and they sold owner a
new steering rack, motor mounts and a wheel alignmentNo reason was given why *** *** sold owner a replacement steering gear on invoice but customer stated they claimed it was leakingCamargo and owner did not feel there was any steering or handling issues with vehicleCamargo had replaced oil cooler lines prior to sale because they were leaking onto the steering rack and steering rack may have had some residual oil but system was not low on fluid or any leaks detectedCustomer has recently felt a thump on acceleration and we have no doubt that one of the mounts broke on the torque (left) side of engineCustomer states the thump he felt has been correctedCustomer had recently found one of the wheels had a chip out of it but no one from Camargo or customer had seen it until after using the vehicle recently to tow a trailerCustomer stated it was raining when they picked up vehicle in March and wheel damage may have occurred since purchaseCamargo has spoken to owner and agreed to reimburse $as a goodwill to assist owner with some of the cost toward items sold to owner at *** *** and the replacement wheelNote: Customer knew Vehicle was sold (As Is - No Warranty) and was appreciative of the offer
Customer has agreed to have the carpet replaced at the business expense at our Dealership on Feb 23, and we will provide him a rental at its expense during the time the vehicle is being repaired

We spoke to customer on 2/3/and set up an appointment for next week to look at the vehicle and review the options*** ***
