sized cake, specifically a half-sheet sized cookie cake with a special flavor, oatmeal raisin with walnuts which totals to $This cake was given free of charge to the customer, and they had it specialized it as a custom order as well, therefore resolving the matter with the previous cakeBoth the cakes were baked, but they had not been decorated on time due to the cake decorator taking longer than necessary to ensure quality decorationAs for the service, the manager did not recall any attitude or arrogance being displayed by the employees as it is our priority to serve our customers with a kind and positive attitudeWe are sorry for the inconveniences, and we will learn and improve our product's quality from this experience for our future customers
