Mrs[redacted] applied to compete at MrsU.Sof A She voluntarily applied and filled in all the forms which clearly states the entry fee is ($1500) which includes crown, banner, food, hotel with room mate and the competition The Contract also clearly stated1) That she must attend the entire event 2) That if she rooms on her own the hotel will be her cost3) That early arrivals or late departures from the exact dates of the pageant are her own expenseIn this case, we had a drop in her state therefore a scholarship of $750, which we granted to her Following the pageant, which Ms [redacted] did not win, she threw a public fit and threw her crown and banner in the trash and left the hotel She then proceeded to try to dispute her credit card charges equaling $ As we provided all items on our contract, it is fraud that she is cancelling her discounted participation fee with no cause At no time do we gauartee anyone "the win" She did not win because she was not the best We are willing to bring witnesses including her room mate that that show Ms [redacted] 's Emotional stability under question as she was seen and heard yelling at other contestants during the week as well as other disruptions and odd behaviors Prior to the final results Ms [redacted] personally approached me telling me how much she loved our event (and me personally through she does not know me well) it was only upon not winning that she became disgruntled At no time are we asking for more money we are however insisting she continue to pay the original $fee without contest
