We are responding to the complaint referenced above.We are a custom embroidery shop. All our items are made to order and not pulled from a shelfWhen a customer orders an item, the size and a picture of the item to be embroidered is included in the listing. Once embroidered, we do not
take returns on items as they are made specifically for a customer. In this case, the customer ordered an apron which was way too small for her husbandThe size and all measurements were specified in the listing but apparently it did not fit. Also, when doing embroidery, we always must be able to fit a design within the dimensions of our hoops. The design she purchased was embroidered in the largest hoop size available which included not only a graphic but writing as well. Apparently because the person she was buying for was rather large, the design looked smallAs for the black being faded, we only use brand new quality aprons and black is black. It could not possibly have been faded as it was never exposed to sunlight nor never wornOur terms and conditions are clearly stated in our listings. We do not accept returns on custom made items unless we have embroidered the wrong thing or sent the wrong item. We are very sorry this customer was disappointed but there was no error on our part. She received exactly what she ordered. The design looked exactly like the picture she purchased from.Pam M***

Review: I contacted the seller about the product because I was not happy with my purchase. the Apron was too small for my husband, the color was not true black it was faded and the embroidery was very small. I contacted the seller immediately after I received my purchase and she was not happy. She gave me every excuse as to why the product was the way it was and the fact that it did not meet my expectations(customer) she was not having it. She felt they have never had a complaint and that this was the first. Needless to say, if you have a problem with your order, be caution to request your money back because the seller will be very unprofessional and unwilling to resolve the issue in a respectable and professional manner. The idea of the customer is always right can go out the window in her case, because she was very rude, sarcastic and nasty about the entire situation.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology for how Pam one of the owners handle the issue. I would like my money back and I would also like the Revdex.com to post this so other customers know what to expect when having an issue with a order through this company.
