Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Mr [redacted] in Parker Colorado has never apologized, nor has Mr [redacted] corporate Had a proper apologized occurred at the time of the incident this would not have had to be escalated to the level that is has At this point, as I have already stated in my original email to Mr [redacted] Customer Service I do not wish to deal with the Parker location As there appears to not be another location within miles of me, I would request that Mr [redacted] pays for 50% of the repairs at Centennial Auto Repair in Parker Sincerely, [redacted] ***
