this is Not an accurate statementNot only have we never been told about this issue on during our MANY phone conversations with this company, there is no way it could it even be plausibleWe keep our dogs in a kennel in the back yard and are not running freeWe live about acres off the road as well so the dogs are out of sight from the road We do not even have a big dog and all of them weigh under lbsI'm very disappointed with the business response to the issueI feel this is an attempt to deny the refundI just want a refund for NO SERVICES that have been rendered for the amount paid to them
