Review: I got an email from Mryhealth saying that if I sent them $4.95 (shipping) they would send me a months supple of a vitamin (testosterone type) to try out with no strings attached. I read all the fine print and it seemed ok. But after they took out the $4.95 two weeks later they took out another $90.out of my account and I never received any product other than the first one for $4.95. Also the sample that was sent to me I think were caffeine pills as they made my heart race so I quit taking them.Desired Settlement: I think they should for sure refund the $90.00 they stold from my account and return the $4.95 after I send them back the worthless pills but I can't get a returned ph. call from them after leaving many messages and attempts.

I am writing in response to Customer Complaint ID# [redacted]. In his complaint, the consumer, [redacted], alleged that Mryhealth took $94.95 “from his account” for a “months supple of a vitamin (testosterone type) to try out with no strings attached” and that instead he was sent what he thinks were caffeine pills.

This complaint appears to be nothing more than a scam to settle for the $94.95 that Mryhealth allegedly “stold” from his account. First, MRY Health is a tradename owned by the advertising agency MRY. It is not a separate company nor is it an actual operating entity. MRY represents numerous healthcare companies under its MRY Health tradename. MRY is mainly a digital/social media advertising and marketing agency and we provide digital/social media advertising services to our healthcare clients. MRY has never been a distributor of pills. Not to mention that none of the work that we have done for our healthcare clients involved testosterone or any hormone related pills (or caffeine pills for that matter). Further, the complainant stated that he got an email from Mryhealth requesting shipping payment in exchange for the testosterone pills. MRY does not own an email account for MRY Health. It is simply a tradename that MRY goes by in connection with its representation of health care clients.

I reiterate that I believe that this complaint is a scam, as there is no legitimate basis for any of [redacted] claims.

In the event this complaint is not a scam, perhaps [redacted] mistakenly referred to Mryhealth, but instead was actually referring to “My-health-24.” I found a number of internet articles about a scam that My-health has allegedly engaged in, the facts of which are indeed similar to those complained of by [redacted]. At this time, I have not been contacted by MRY Health regarding complaint ID [redacted]. I did find them on facebook under [redacted] and demanded my money back but they just deleted the message from public viewing.

I have also started almost daily getting the same advertisement from them on my email with the same fraudulent statements as before, I could send you one of the emails if you wanted.
