Ms Access Consulting

We have not used this service for at least three years. Each month Ms Access Consulting charges our credit card a $13.95 service fee. Calls to the listed phone number go to an answering machine. The message is difficult to follow. Calls are never returned. Monthly letters receive no response. We have filed a dispute with the credit card carrier without any resolution.Desired SettlementWe wish to have Ms Access Consulting cancel whatever contract we may have with them and stop billing our credit card. The courtesy of a reply to telephone messages and letters would be much appreciated.We believe this is a fraudulent company taking advantage of elderly people.
