When I was making the purchase there were no signs, no one verbally said it and it isn't written on the receipts. Telling when I notified them of the defective item is not afore knowledge it is after the fact. I will in future never purchase from this establishment ever again. If I was made aware at tome of purchase I would not have purchased the product from that store I would have taken my business to a more reputable store. At this point I would like a refund.

Review: I purchased a coffee maker 10 days ago and it is not working. I called the store to advise them that I was bringing it back for an exchange or refund and was told to have receipt and box. I advised I have the receipt and all contents but not the box, I then asked for manager the person said she indeed was he manager however the box was needed. it does not make sense that someone would keep a box.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund so that I may purchase from a reputable store. I do not want to be stuck with an item that is not working, I cannot afford to throw money away. I now have to buy another one and it is not fair to me that I should have to shell out more money for the same item.
