Premier Wood Care did a great job re-staining my fence, deck, and arbors this year (late Summer 2016)When they did the washing they covered my plants with plasticAfter the wash, they came back later after rains, and applied the stain by sprayingThey covered all of my plants and furniture, etcwith plastic again, They had a good sized crew and were professional and courteousThey used quality oil-based stain and my fence looks great!
This summer my neighbors hired Premier Wood Care to restain their fenceThey used them because they had stained their fence before and did an excellent jobHowever, this time their crew did not cover areas to possibly get over spray and the over spray covered tarps that I had covering a boat on my side of the fence as well as the side of my storage shedThe dark brown stain bled through onto my side of the fence causing dark runs on the light stain and the decorative rock wall the fence sets atop ofAlso when I went to notify the crew leader, I observed them flushing out their spray into the grass between the rock wall and my drivewayI asked the crew leader to please clean up their messThe results were large areas on the fence had all stain rubbed out and the dark streaks still thereThe rock wall was approx 85% cleanedThe grass where the stain sprayer was flushed died and I have covered it with mulchAfter several calls to *** the owner he told the neighbor to just buy me a couple of new tarpsAt age I am not real fond of crawling around to remove the stained tarps and then having to take my time to go and purchase new tarps and then again have to crawl down under the boat to reattach themI called several times more to get a schedule when they would correct the issues with the fenceThey would not return my callsThe neighbor did reimburse me for the cost of new tarps and they said they have called to get the issues resolved without getting a return callFinally after several months a gentleman showed up and pressure washed the fence stating that it would be restained in approxthree daysWeeks passed *** anyone coming or callingAfter several more unreturned calls to *** by the neighbors *** and *** *** they have hired another company to correct the finish on the fenceThey will be out several hundred dollars for work *** at Premier Wood care should have preformedExtremely bad customer serviceThis company does not deserve anything except no recommendations and to inform anyone who asks about their poor performance
