This summer my neighbors hired Premier Wood Care to restain their fence. They used them because they had stained their fence before and did an excellent job. However, this time their crew did not cover areas to possibly get over spray and the over spray covered tarps that I had covering a boat on my side of the fence as well as the side of my storage shed. The dark brown stain bled through onto my side of the fence causing dark runs on the light stain and the decorative rock wall the fence sets atop of. Also when I went to notify the crew leader, I observed them flushing out their spray into the grass between the rock wall and my driveway. I asked the crew leader to please clean up their mess. The results were large areas on the fence had all stain rubbed out and the dark streaks still there. The rock wall was approx 85% cleaned. The grass where the stain sprayer was flushed died and I have covered it with mulch. After several calls to [redacted] the owner he told the neighbor to just buy me a couple of new tarps. At age 79 I am not real fond of crawling around to remove the stained tarps and then having to take my time to go and purchase new tarps and then again have to crawl down under the boat to reattach them. I called several times more to get a schedule when they would correct the issues with the fence. They would not return my calls. The neighbor did reimburse me for the cost of new tarps and they said they have called to get the issues resolved without getting a return call. Finally after several months a gentleman showed up and pressure washed the fence stating that it would be restained in approx. three days. Weeks passed [redacted] anyone coming or calling. After several more unreturned calls to [redacted] by the neighbors [redacted] and [redacted] they have hired another company to correct the finish on the fence. They will be out several hundred dollars for work [redacted] at Premier Wood care should have preformed. Extremely bad customer service. This company does not deserve anything except no recommendations and to inform anyone who asks about their poor performance.
