Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:The complaint is not an attempt to slander any company - it is an attempt to exercise the Revdex.com which protects consumers from companies such as MS Plumbing which does not fulfill it's jobsThere was not minimal labor charged at any pointI didn't get a referral from a friend for a discount - it was for a reliable, and trustworthy plumberBeing a new homeowner I did not know any service technicians, therefore, asked a friend for a referralI did not see everything finished before the plumber left because I had to run back to work, so I left him in my home to finish the job with a check paying in full, and asked him to close the door behind him - being a referral from a close friend I felt comfortableThe night before my husband and I removed the vanities from it's boxes, and left them in the kitchen for the plumber to install - which he agreed to via emails I haveWhen he came to my home I showed him everything that was needed, and where it was to goAlso, before any of this happened, there were emails sent back and forth with the plumber agreeing to install the cabinets to the wall - with photosThe photos clearly showed vanities individually and set up altogether - couldn't be any clearerWouldn't the plumber look at the photos to make sure that everything was being installed correctly before finishing? The first time the plumber responded he said he would come back and fix it, but was busy so I said I would waitThen, after not being contacted I called and emailed numerous times until he finally emailed me saying he would have to push it back again, and that if my husband just fixed the job himself that he would give me a big discount on another plumbing job that I needed doneI wasn't offended, but it's not my husband's job, and at this point what would make him think I would ever utilize his company again?! I didn't argue either - I just said that my husband took a look at it, and the vanity is glued, and he cannot find where it is screwed inAgain, my husband shouldn't be repairing something that we paid someone to come and doThe plumber did start ignoring my calls - which is not what a company which prides itself on great customer service should doIf the plumber thought that it was not his responsibility to install cabinets, then he should have never agreed to take the job or agreed to install the vanitiesIt is not a frivolous complaint because I tried to convenience the plumber by giving him time (almost a year) to come fix the problemYes, he should have handled this differently, and I could not have done any more to convenience the plumberHe called me early for the appointment, so I ran home to let him in earlier than I was supposed to, paid him in full even before he finished the job, and gave him almost a year to fix what he did incorrectlyThis company did not have great customer service by any means, or quality workmanship at this point
Sincerely,

Review: Right before Christmas 2014 I had Matt S[redacted] come to my home to install a kitchen faucet, and 2 bathroom vanities with a middle counter in my bathroom. We emailed a few times back and forth with clear photos and estimates for everything. He came to my home to install everything, and I had to run back to work so I left him with a check for his services, and left. When I got home I realized that he never put the feet on the middle counter between the bathroom sinks. It was clear in the photos that we emailed back and forth that the counter had feet, and they were even sitting in the drawer of the piece of furniture. I called Matt when I noticed this, and he said he was going away on vacation and was really busy, so I would have to wait for him to have time. Since the sinks were functional, I figured that I would be nice and wait it out. After a few months of no response from my phone calls, I emailed him on April 30, 2015. I didn't receive a response until May 20, 2015 saying that he had a baby, and is closing on a house, so he was busy. The thing is I just had a baby in April and purchased a house a few months before - so I know what he was going through. He wrote in the email from May the following: "Kelly, sorry I haven't gotten back to you. I myself have been overwhelmed with having a baby soon and closing on a house. We have been on big projects lately and have not had much time for any service until these jobs are done in July. I don't ever remember seeing those legs when I was there, but I'm sure your husband can unscrew the middle piece from the wall and put the legs on and I could give you a big discount if we ever do another project together. Or if you wanted to wait until after July 4th holiday I believe we will be wrapped up with this project and back to service. Thanks for understanding:)"

I told him then that I could wait until after July 4th holiday. I did not feel like I should be waiting after almost 8 months, but I figured he would keep his word. Fast forward to July 27th - still no word from Matt after numerous phone calls and messages left on his voicemail so I emailed him saying Congratulations on the baby girl and the house, and wondering when he was coming over now that the holidays passed. No answer. Meanwhile on August 28th he walks into my job (I work at the municipal tax office), so he came to pay his taxes. I look up and see him so I say hi and ask if he has received all my messages, and he said no. He said I was probably calling a different number they don't use anymore. That's a ridiculous answer because I have been using the same business number that I have used since the beginning with his same voicemail message and same email address. So I ask him when he is coming over to put the feet on the vanity. He said that he is busy yet again with big projects, and just told me to have my husband do it - just unscrew the middle vanity, put the feet on, and replace it. I didn't pay someone $600 to do a job, and then have them tell me to have my husband do it. I told him that I will just call another plumber to come and fix it, and then send him the bill. He said again it's not needed, and my husband can just do it. I find that ridiculous. I have been waiting almost a YEAR for a repair on my bathroom. This is unacceptable - I paid him in full for the job the minute he did it, and now he doesn't want to finish it. The photos sent cleared showed feet on the middle vanity. I know he looked closely at the photos because he up charged me $100 to install the bathroom faucets because they had 3 holes instead of 1. I said that was no problem because I believed he would do a good job, but obviously not.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the work that was not done, and for what we need to re-do. Not only was it not done to my expectations, but it was not a finished job. I checked it out, and it looks like he glued the middle counter to both sinks and to the wall. How am I supposed to rip out the vanity that is glued, and ruin my other vanities and wall?! We need to pay someone to come and rip out the vanity, then repair the wall and sides of the vanities, and finally install the feet and the middle counter. I want to finish decorating and setting up my bathroom, but I can't because the vanity is not done. I do not want Matt in my home anymore or have anymore communication with him if it is not needed. I have found another plumber in the area that is dependable, reliable, and answers his phone and emails.

The above complaint is simply an attempt to slander MS Plumbing Solutions by a begrudged homeowner. With the vanities came a dressing or makeup type cabinet that went in the middle of the vanities. I installed them with no problems, they looked great, no plumbing problems, and the customer was happy. I charged minimal labor due to the fact it was for a "friend." a couple of weeks later I was called because there were legs that were supposed to be screwed into the bottom of the center makeup cabinet. The customer said that the legs were in the cabinet the whole time and that I should have installed them. During my installation I had to pick up, move, tilt, and open the door to this cabinet to instal and screw to the wall, I did not notice and legs that were in the cabinet. You would think that from all the moving, tilting and opening they would have fallen out for me to see. I did however, being nice responded and said I would, as a courtesy come out and screw in the legs, I ended up getting side tracked and could not make it. After some time the customer called to ask me again, I said that I am a little backed up with other work and it may be a while, there are no problems with the plumbing so I asked if it was possible that her husband screwed in the legs? She got offended and said that he was not capable of doing that, and proceeded to argue with me. I did however ignore this person from there on out because I felt that she was being unreasonable. If a plumber came to my house and did the job I performed and didn't install legs on a cabinet that may or may not have been in the cabinet, I wouldn't have even bothered to call and just done it myself. It is not normally the plumbers responsibility to install cabinets, therefore why would someone even waste there time to put in a frivolous complaint. Should I of handled this differently? Most likely, but so could of the homeowner. MS Plumbing Solutions, LLC prides itself on great costumer service, quality workmanship at a fair price.

Review: Matt S[redacted] of MS Plumbing Solutions signed a contract with me to do my whole house plumbing of a new construction single family home on 11/19/2015. The first stage of the contract he was supposed to complete is Meter horn and pressure regulator and basement rough-in plumbing for future bathroom shall be installed within 8 working days after starting date which is 12/3/15 for 1000$. He did come on 11/30/15 and installed the basement rough-in plumbing. But he got 4 pipes in the wrong places. I called him. He did come a day later to fix the wrong positions of the pipes. But he still got 3 out of those 4 pipes wrong. After that, I emailed him no less than 9 times within 7 days with many phone calls to request him to talk to my through the phone or meet or fix the problem. I did not get any phone calls from him. He gave me no date for him to come to fix the problems. I even informed him that I have to pour the concrete floor in the basement but I could not because the plumbings are in the wrong place. He still ignored me. By 12/11/15, he still had not installed Meter horn and pressure regulator and basement plumbings are in the wrong place. I had to cancel the whole contract with him. After that he wanted to charge me 2000$ and then changed to 1400$ both are above the contracted value of 1000$. I don't think he can't have the 1000$ because he did not complete all the work and for the work he did he got a lot of wrong. I am willing to pay him 400$ to close the issue. But he wants 1400$.Desired Settlement: Stop over charging me.
