MS Relocation Services

My partner and I purchased a home in Richfield, MN for this business and John J *** in late May, 2019. However, Mr. kept his personal property within the garage during the entire time, a motorboat, and it concealed a major issue with the pavement and foundation of the garage. Mr. boat is a private, personal piece of property and did not belong on his commercial property, thus, he purposely and knowingly concealed an issue that will cost over $17,000 to fix. My partner and I asked MS Relocation Services, Mr. John ***, simply to cover the cost of the repair/replacement of the driveway and damaged area but that solution was refused. MS Relocation and Mr. left the personal property to avoid detection of the issue and only removed said property, literally in the final hour as the purchase agreement was being signed. The boat was removed only as the personal property was going to become part of the purchase agreement as abandoned property. If there was nothing to conceal then the personal property of Mr. should have been removed, however, leaving that property on his commercial site indicates he knew of the issue and was deliberately concealing the issue. The motorboat was placed in the garage at an angle in order to conceal as it was NOT placed in a normal way where a truck could hitch it simply to a trailer. When Mr. was asked why the personal property was stored in the commercial property of MS Relocation Services, his response was we could have moved the boat at any time. Again, as a business that is in real estate potential clients would never move a boat from a garage nor other vast pieces of personal property for liability reasons. MS Relocation Services, and Mr., know you don't store personal property at commercial properties and leave said property unless for the purposes of fraud and concealment. Mr. knowingly deceived and concealed vital information from possible purchasers.
