Review: Ordered service on 02/22/2015. Charge was $280.00 Paid through VISA card. Cancelled service on 03/20/2015. On 05/12/2015, [redacted] (M S Support) asked for my bank account to transfer agreed amount of $179.99 to my account in 4-5 days. Called on 05/26/2015 and told problem occurred but transfer would occur in 4-5 days. A few more phone calls occurred which did not accomplish anything except to find out M S sent me an email on 06/04/2015 which indicated the their bank could not send out funds due to "some Verification or Review" problem. On 06/15/2015 email, Sam (M S Sales manager) offered to pay $200 for a product I could order and he would use his credit card to pay for it. I sent back on 06/15/2015 email answer saying I did not desire to buy anything but suggested he send me a check for $179.99 or transfer $179.99 to my VISA which they have the number. I have not received any answer to this proposal. Thus I am getting in touch with the Delaware Revdex.com to see if you can assist me. I have all the emails which I can forward and can provide a list and dates of who I talked to at M S Support. There # is [redacted] Thank You for your help.Desired Settlement: Send me a check for $179.00 or transfer $179.99 to BB&T account or transfer $179.99 to my VISA account. Any one of the above would be fine.
