budget and did not want to spend the extra money. We then installed new vinyl over her existing vinyl which is doable when existing vinyl is in fairlygood condition. Unfortunately, when the new vinyl was installed it didn't adhere properly to the old vinyl. We offered to replace her job, on the terms that she pay the cost of $125 to pull up her original vinyl flooring. Same option she had when we originally installed the job. She refused. We are willing to resolve this issue with the customer with reasonable requests.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[The details in the business response is inaccurate.  The contractor who did the work advised me they did not need to pull the floor up. I never said I wanted to cut corners at the risk of quality work - it is costing me more for the re-work & I never would have agreed to that.  Also, the contractor who did the work attempted to correct it by using a roller & told me bubbling was normal & it takes several weeks fir the glue to dry & the bubbles would work themselves out.  This is simply a lazy contractor who took a shortcut & consumer is being forced to pay for poor quality of work and poor customer service.  If the company will not take responsibility & correct it's obvious mistake, I want my money refunded.  [redacted]
