TRAILER.THIS TRAILER WOULD BE TOWED COD ONLY. At the time of the conversation [redacted] was kind and he new the charges were and he requested to have "A Big Rig Wrecker" out to be able to complete this tow considering he was hauling a loaded Flatbed Trailer behind his vehicle. [redacted] was told that it was $240.00 port to port, and that was lowered for him. Our company usually charges anywhere from $300.00 to $305.00 port to port.I recv'd a call from[redacted] Wife and she sent us a check in the amount of $1296.00.She apologized for [redacted]'s behavior. She expressed how sorry she was and how he knows what port to port means, that's our business. I called her 09/23/2015 to say thank you again. Our company was very thankful for her honesty and everyone has a bad day, but we always try our best and give 100% to make our customers happy and see to it that they get home being towed safely. We hope this will resolve this complaint. Our company tow this member, vehicle and trailer home safely and I gave them a lower port to port rate. We truly stand behind our company and believe everyone needs to be assisted in the worst of times. We provided excellent customer service and safe towing.**Our company got all of you home safe and you had no issues with the fact you fit and because it was a sleeper truck you were able to all ride together in one trip.

They are halt out lire's! She Told Me $200.00 extra for towing my toy hauler an it is not a flatbed trailer and it had 3 bicycles in it. and in here response again she now is saying $240. Port to port not $240.00 a hour port to port there is a big difference. I did pay them do to the fact I do not want to be sent to collections by them. I run a $250.00 hr. port to port business and I do know the difference between $200.00 dollars port to port and $240.00 a hour port to port extra that AAA dose not pay for my Toy Hauler but as in her response she did not say a HOUR just port to port.

As stated in the prior reply, our normal charges for all heavy Duty is $ 300$305.00 PORT TO PORT. We gave [redacted] a lower price to try and help him to get home. We charged him $240.00 port to port and this was okay with him at the time he was verbally discussing this tow. He was aware of the eta and the amount to be charged. Also I was given his credit card number but I said to [redacted] that this card will not be charged until the end of the tow to have a total amount to be billed. He understood this charge was port to port. He didn't want to pay at the end of this tow and when the driver of MS Transport was physically pushed at the drop location by [redacted] we called the police to get involved. [redacted]'s wife [redacted] has paid the amount in full and apologized for her husband behavior.This tow was a total of $1296 and it is paid in full and [redacted] stated that her husband is well aware that it was port to port. We appreciate [redacted] understanding and being honest to pay this amount that was billed.

I had called the police player 10 incident my wife never apologized and they are very dishonest they are not telling the truth and I'm tired of arguing about this. It is going nowhere people like that will eventually get what's coming to them. I've also filed a complaint with the Bureau of automotive repair Triple A. And written reviews on 6 other social media sites. You can't get away with treating people like you have you're dishonest people and I'm done with you
