service callI was the one that ran this service call and upon inspecting the installation doneby the purchaser I discovered that there was no vent to the outside of the apartment for the dryer toconnect to for proper functionThe dryer was pushed all the way back against the wall which causedthe thermal fuse to blowI explained to *** at that instant that this was due to improper installationand normally not covered by my warranty but that I would make an exception this one timeI did installthe new thermal fuse at that point and I explained to her that the no vent situation would have to behandled asap to ensure proper dryer function.In May she did call again stating the dryer had stopped heating once again and I questioned her aboutthe vent situationShe claimed it was taken care of so we scheduled a service call which I had given toone of my technicians to performThis technician is no longer with the company, and to my knowledgehe had completed the callIt is possible he didn’t complete the call and never told us as he wasterminated a few days after her scheduled service callWe never heard back from the customer as fromthat point until she filed the complaint with your organizationHad she called back we would haverescheduled the call and got her taken care of provided her installation issue had been corrected as shestated.We will contact the customer once again and I will personally perform the service callProvided her novent situation has been corrected we will replace the thermal fuse or heating element under out originalday parts and labor warrantyWe apologize for any miscommunications on our part, we strive tokeep our customers happy and maintain a 5-star rating within our community.Please let us know how to proceed from this point, this is our first complaint and I am not sure of theprocess.Sincerely,Steve R***Owner MSC Appliances

I am rejecting this response because: I never received a phone call from you to come replace anything on my dryer you said as soon as I get my ventilation system fix to call you and that's not even an issue with my dryer because turns off and turns on I just want my dryer fixed or my money back thank you kindly

We're not here to argue and play he said she said... Our offer was to fix your dryer if your vent situation was corrected and the installation was now correct. So there are 2 options for you, get it repaired if the installation issue has been corrected or you may bring the dryer back for a refund of $150.00. Let me know what your decision is on this matter.
