MSC Chemical

I have used Septi-Flo for 40 years. It's a good product but got to expensive, out of line with the national brand Rid-X (Septi-Flo 21.70 vs Rid-X 6.40 through Amazon). January of 2023, the the owner of MSG Chemical called and practically begged we to place an order and told him no because of the cost. He called the fall of 2024 trying to get me to buy the product but I said no again. March of 2025 I received an order I didn't place with a $253.80 invoice stating an OK by me. Letters sent, messages left and the threatening invoices still come. Company now closed, sold AR to a collection agency sending invoices now charging finance charges and trying to collect.

This company gets ZERO ratings! You tell them over and over you no longer want or need their products and they still send st to you along with invoices! This company sucks!
