We would like to start off by apologizing to [redacted] for the delayed response to his correspondence sent into Ctech Collections, Inc.Upon investigation it was found that this account had been? on hold pending review by? the original creditor.? This was since been escalated and a reply went out to [redacted] from? this office? today.? Please note that this never impacted [redacted] 's credit in any way.The findings of [redacted] 's dispute which were investigated by [redacted] Assoc- Regional Radiology were that the balance that [redacted] was originally? being billed for were? indeed incorrect.? Per the explanation of benefits from the insurance carrier,? a balance adjustment was made to the account.? The new outstanding balance is $115.95?
C.Tech has reached out to our client Huntington Medical Group, P.Cand has done a complete review of the file for *** * ***On 2/**/C.Tech received *** ***’s file for a balance due of $for date of service 6/**/Ctech mailed a collection letter to *** *** on 2/**/
No response from the patient was receivedThe outstanding balance was report to the bureau on 5/**/The services performed were for comprehensive preventive care including visual screening and not ob-gyn as stated The patient didn’t pay or speak to C.Tech but instead must have spoken direct with Huntington Medical Group C.Tech was informed in September from our client that an insurance payment was made on 3/**/and a payment from the *** *** was sent to them on 5/*/Huntington Medical Group has also advised us that the balance was adjusted off and patient had no balance dueC.Tech has removed this reporting from *** ***’s credit report and apologizes for any inconvenience this has caused Felicia B*** Collection Division Manager C.Tech Collections, Inc*** *** *** *** ***
