This company should not be used by anyone. Mark is an untrust worthy engineer who cannot be trusted to provide competent work. I hired Mark to provide drawings for a repair to my residence which were to include details of the actual repair. Mark never provided the details for the repair only a bogus assessment and a bill. After I refused to pay him unless he provided the detail for the repair. He threatened me and said he would call the county unless he was paid basically trying to extort money. If he would have provided the detail he would have been paid. When I refused to pay him he called the county to report that my residence was unfit for repair to try and get me in trouble with the county. Save yourself a lot of trouble and find another engineer.
I would highly recommend anyone looking for engineering work contact another engineer. I was referred to Mark and had him come to my house to engineer a fix for a framing issue I discovered at my residence. I meet with Mark and showed him the problem. Mark was fixated on his fee and seemed almost desperate at the time. He said he would do signed and sealed drawings to fix the problem so that I would have a set of plans for permitting. He returned to my house 2 days later with a 3 page description of the problem and no signed drawings. When I asked him where the drawing was he pointed to a sketch he had made of the wall which had no information or repair. He then proceed to ask for his $500 when I refused he started threatening me. For the next 5 hours sent me email after email threatening me with what he was going to do if I didn't pay him. Even going as far as threatening to say my house would be condemned if I didn't pay him. I told him that when he provided a drawing with the repair necessary to fix the problem I would pay him. He instead decided to file a small claims suit and to date has still never provided a set of drawings for the repair. Stay away from this company and its owner. He then also filed a claim with the County stating that my home was unfit for repair to try and get me in trouble with the County this also was a lie and they County found the claim UNFOUNDED ...........PS I won the lawsuit he filed he did not receive the 500 he was suing for.
