Consumer states: I want cash receipt for each part boughtNot a list of the partsI have thatPlease give me a copy of cash receiptEmail address is ***@att.net
There are plenty of plumbing shops that charge well over $ She did receive an invoice with our price on it We do not give prices on our individual parts and how much we pay for them No plumbing company does that The price of $was clearly on the invoice with a
labor break down for all the individual items needed to pass the city inspection If the price was not on there, how would she know how much to pay? She signed the invoice and of course she has a copy of it as well *** ***
the $is a deductible due from the client to the home warranty paid through the servicing vendor. her original complaint was a toilet and lavy faucet issue. I fixed her toilet. she did not have coverage from her policy for the faucet. That faucet was denied.there
was a sewage leak from her laundry area that I did fix. I made three trips to the home and all she paid was the $75.00. that will not be refunded. The leak under the home was one I was not going to crawl around in. This is America and if she does not like our bid for non-covered work she may go elsewhere for the workShe didgood for her
that is the receipt that we give to everyone which shows how much the client paid and is completely fine for tax purposes that is all we will do
Review: On 2/4/14, MSE Plumbing installed a 40 gallon gas water heater at my Sacramento residence. I was advised that a City permit was required and the City would subsequently inspect the installation.. I told the installer that I intended to obtain the permit myself. I was then told that because the customer can't be trusted and rarely bothers to obtain this required permit, MSE Plumbing wold obtain the permit for me-$90.00 (the aprox. cost of the permit) plus a $100.00 service fee. As I'm 78 and disabled, I explained that I would be able to get the permit myself in about 2 weeks. I was then told that they couldn't' wait 2 weeks for me to get the permit myself and they had to obtain the permit for me and keep the entire $190.00 charge. I have called MSE Plumbing many times and requested the original of this City permit. They have failed to respond to my request, and I still have no permit. It is now 3 months after the 2/4/14 installation and MSE Plumbing has failed to obtain this required permit. It seems obvious to me that MSE Plumbing is charging their customers $190.00 for the permit, keeping the $190.00, and never obtaining the required permit from the City for their customers.Desired Settlement: I'm requesting that I only be charged the cost of the actual permit and be refunded the remainder of the $190.00 charged-as I was denied the option of obtaining the permit myself, and still 3 months later no permit has been obtained and sent to me.

Response:
Mr. [redacted] was given the opportunity to pull the permit and did not. After 8 weeks of contacting him and him always saying he will get it done, which of course he did not, we did. we were went out by his home warranty company and they paid some of the costs of the job.
if we do not pull a permit they will fire us and we will receive no more work from them. we waited as long as we could. the permit number is [redacted]. it was sent to him 3 different times. yes he is 78, and he is retired. he has no job to go to and he still drives and goes to
wherever he needs to. so his procrastination on this is his fault and we gave as much leeway as we could.

As my rebuttal, I shall clarify my complaint with a time line of events.
Review: Requested service for leaky pipe through home warranty company and MSE plumbing was dispatched. His name was ** and he arrived five days later. He quoted "2200 dollars restoration clean up for sewage leak under home approximately 15 feet by 30 feet". He discouraged me from getting a second quote because they "would not clean it right". I disregarded him and contacted another company. The new company quoted 1600 dollars and noted the area to be 10 feet by 15 feet and was clear that it was not sewage, just water. After it was cleaned and dry by the new company ** had to return to finish the job thanks to the home warranty policy. He charged 75$ for the insurance deposit to replace a leaky laundry pipe and said he would be back the next day to repair the leak. The following day I phoned the office to find out when he would be at the property to complete the repair, the secretary stated I was not on the schedule and he was not coming back to my home. Approximately 20 minutes later he phoned my property management company and notified them he repaired the pipe already that morning. He was never at the property. I had a new company, new plumber come to the property that day. He examined the crawl space and noted that no repairs had been made to any of the pipes! MSE plumbing stole my deposit money and american home shields insurance money and did not repair a single pipe.Desired Settlement: I would like my 75$ to be returned to me. I would also like for [redacted] to be aware of the insurance fraud committed by this man. Lastly, I would like consumers to be aware of this man's criminal behavior. The honest plumber who completed the job properly reported a client the previous day paid MSE plumbing 2200$ to clean a water leak under the home. Apparently, this man commits the same fraud repeatedly, please be aware.
