I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
*** at Everstone stated that we did not purchase the product from Everstone Flooring but all of our contracts and receipts all say the same company name on them, EverStone, LLC Southwest Floors, Limited and when it was time for the maintenance and sealer to be placed on the pavement, which *** did himself on a routine basis *** never had a problem calling us for that service and there was never a question about the company name*** also stated that we the customers were given ayear warranty, but our contracts and receipts had the year limited crossed out and lifetime was written in in place of the year and was initialed by the owner/installer that we bought the product from *** made several comments for more than years about trying to take care of our pavement problem He also stated that we had been more than patient with the unresolved problem, but *** would never set a date to take care of the problem *** also stated he would fix the problem if we paid an additional $for sealant We stated that we would help *** remove the old pavement to save him some labor costs and would be willing to pay the $for new sealer one year after the pavement was replaced We then left several messages for *** to return our calls and he never called back We have photos of the pavement and the receipts and contracts if it is necessary to forward these items We think that perhaps *** should take a closer look at our contract/receipt This a very unprofessional company and the customer service is very disappointing and unsatisfactory We have spent more than $8,with the same Everstone Company and Everstone does not stand behind their product

Per [redacted]: They did not purchase the product from Everstone Flooring, they bought it from Everstone MTD. Everstone MTD is a completely different company than Everstone Flooring. The business said that customer's were given a 10 year warranty not a lifetime warranty and it's past the 10 year mark for...

the existing warranty. Customer will have to pay to have any work done at this point. Business made an offer to fix their issues at a discounted rate and it was denied.
