Review: This agency allowed someone to put a car in my name. I live in [redacted]. I have never been to Wisconsin. Another individual signed my name on document. I did send my information to get approved however the car is in my name with a loan with Go financial I have never seen the paperwork. This agency also sent the title to the individual whose name is not on the car or paperwork.Desired Settlement: I want the car loan and car out of my name since I never signed the paperwork or drove the car. The car is in Wisconsin and I am in [redacted]. This agency allowed this individual to illegally sign my name and drive this vehicle off lot with no drivers license

To whom it may concern I’m replying to a complaint made by [redacted] about MSI Auto Sales. This situation is very odd. [redacted] did purchase a vehicle from MSI Auto Sales; she gave her bf at the time [redacted] permission to sign paperwork for her. As a finance manager I got verbal and written consent (Text message) before moving forward. Everything about the deal went well. She personally communicated with the bank (Go Financial) prior to the deal been finalized. There was nothing illegal about it, as she gave permission and also talked to the bank herself. In response to the Paperwork, her bf was handed the paperwork and was instructed to give it to her. So one of them has the paperwork. We make copies for customers and for the dealership. Title was sent to a different address instead of the [redacted] DMV, it was quickly retrieved and en route to the [redacted] DMV. MSI Auto Sales didn’t do anything illegal, everything was done properly and there is paperwork to prove that. I think [redacted] and her bf are going through a nasty break up and she’s also trying to get out of the loan. That’s a personal issue and has nothing to do with the car. She recently got the vehicle out of a impound lot in [redacted]. Whether the dispute is with her bf, that’s between them not MSI Auto Sales or Go financial for that matter. business it was strictly business. I don't hangout with [redacted], we are just friends that got reacquainted because of his purchase. I spoke to both [redacted] and [redacted] Sunday
