Review: I purchased a new motherboard from this company through one of their authorized resellers. I have found that the company supplied me with wrong parts which are not part of the advertised product. I asked for them to resolve this and the company is choosing not to help.Desired Settlement: Since this company was unwilling to overnight me the correct part, I want a full refund.

Review: I purchased a B75MA-E33 (revision 004) Motherboard (board) from MSI. The board had an original, unrelated, issue where I needed to request RMA service. I sent the board only (as directed by MSI) in for repairs. Upon receiving my RMA back, it was apparent that the current/returned model (revision 010) was incompatible with the rest of my original MSI hardware (the 50 cent io shield) that came with my original board. I contacted MSI, sent photos and their phone support agreed that there was something not right about the board I received, I was told I'd need to do another RMA on the entire board, pay for shipping and send the board back for another repair/replacement. I was told that there must have been an issue, and that the second RMA should fix everything. I sent MSI the board only, a second time, and have recieved a board with the same issue (does not fit with original hardware).Desired Settlement: At this point, I have been without computer and unable to work from home for 27 days. I cannot afford to continue without using my computer so I've now mounted the board with no IO shield. There is risk of long term damage (dust, bugs, etc) from using the board without the IO shield and I'd like MSI to send me either a shield(s), board or both that fit my system as the originals both did. I do not want to pay for anymore shipping to MSI and I do not want to send my board in for the same problem again as 1) I need it in order to work from my home office and 2) I am not confident that MSI will properly remedy their problem because they've made the same mistake/overlook twice now.

This was not an expensive board and I've nearly spent equal to the retail price of the board in shipping the item out for repair twice. And I've lost more than the retail price of the board in income from not being able to work from home.

I need a board and a shield that properly fit together please.
