MSI Contractors

MSi pro contractors did renovations on my home thru a 203k loan program. With this type of loan you have to have a Hud counselor to oversees the work the contractors doing and report it to bank so the contractors can get pay. My Hud counselor George A refer me to MSi pro contractors to do the work. Before MSi contractors starts work Yasser C the owner told me they 13 men to get the job done. They started May 3 2019 I have not seen more than 3 men working they are very unprofessional, dishonest, they does not take pride in there work they starts job and don’t finish very messy.its been 6 months now and my house a mess not one thing competed electric,Hvac, plumbing all incomplete. The Hud counselor George told me to signed the paper work for funds to release so MSi can pay there worked and continued the work cause they out of funds because I’m desperate for them to finish so I signed for funds to be release to contractor from the bank not knowing the Hud counselor that supposed to be looking out for me is working with contractor to rob me. Since September 5 2019 the bank release funds to contractor they have not been back to my house to finish the work they started. They abandon the house and got full payed for incomplete work electric $25,000 Hvac $25,000 plastering 8,000 plumbing $13,000 plus other work they got a percentage of pay for painting, insulation, tiling. After they abandon the house I had 5 different contractors came in the house to look and give me estimate to finish the work all refuse to take over the work because the work was done unprofessional and it’s a mess they don’t want there license on it.
