I have been in contact with this company for over a month in reference to leasing a commercial space at [redacted] I have provided information with little to no response from this companyI was finally asked to provide months of banks statements and my credit report and dbaI had to call this company to ask if anything else was needed to get the ball rolling on this process, I was then told by an employee named Ed, that there were questions in reference to my bank statementsHowever I never received a call about these questions to clarify anything, but there are questions as to why my bank statements reflect large deposits,I explained to him this is the payments I receive from my clients for completing servicesI also expressed that my account is never in the negative and I have well over the amount of rent available at all timesI could not understand what my deposits had to do with anything, i'm not looking for an accountant just a home for my employeesNo with that set
My landlord is taking advantage of a situation and asking for the replacement of the whole kitchen countertop since my roommate has damaged it (a superficial burn mark)The kitchen counter-top is decades old and they have been renovating all other unitsThe only unit with this old counter is mineThey said their concern was not being able to rent it, and asked me to find a person who can take over the lease and I did but they said they rented it for months away and a person came on the day I was leaving to measure carpets etcfor a renovationIt is clear that they have been planning to renovate the house and not intended to keep the countertop and are only taking advantage of my situationThey have refused to prorate it considering its lifespan, and they also refused to give me information of the style and make of the countertop so that I could find the same model and replace the piece that is damagedThe countertop has burn marks from before and had faded and discolored, even

From July 2017-Feb I tried contacting my landlord to repair a main water break that was affecting my apartments water pressureI was unable to shower or have water at times My water would dribble or have a very weak stream or sometimes no water at allI attempted to get this resolved and not until Feb of did they address the issueI also has an issue with my emergency window being broken and not able to lockThere were emergency stairs that went up to the window where anyone could access my apartmentI had to have it taped shut so that no one could beak inThe apartment complex gave me a letter stating they would fix all my windows between 7/5/17-7/7/and the work did not get started until 7/19/The windows were half completed, and paint/wood chips were all over my apartmentThe work was not completed until 8/11/2017, and today 4/19/some windows are not completeI am concerned with the paint chips that were left all over my apartmentI also had no water

Management is terrible, rude, and have caught them in lies many timesThey tried to keep our security deposit, which we fought tooth and nail to get it after months of threatening to take them to courtI was sexually assaulted by my neighbor and the property manager Randy wouldnt do as much as move us into a different apartmentSecurity alarms went off at least once a month in the middle of the night which we couldnt turn off so I had to call the emergency line and they were so mean and acted like it was my fault
