The information given to the Revdex.com is and misleadingMs [redacted] came by the gym after hours on 11-14-16, I informed she had the ability to log into her account online and access a copy of her contract hours a day or she could email me a request and I would send her a copy during business hours11-16-Ms [redacted] sent and email requesting a copy of her contract, 11-17-I responded with the attached copy she requestedOn 12-16-(the date of her complaint to the Revdex.com) we met and discussed her contract obligationsMs [redacted] threatened, amongst other things, that if I did not release her and other clients of their contracts, in which she has no ties to in accounts, they will file a class action lawsuit against the gym and review the gym poorlyI informed her that she is obligated to fulfill her contract, is the only individual on her account, and I would not comment on other accounts [redacted] Owner - Plum Fit

I am rejecting this response because:Everything I stated in my original complaint is true and correctI made seven phone calls, two in person visits, and one email request for a copy of my contractAfter no response, I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com on 11/16/NOT 12/16/like the owner claims in her responseAfter my complaint was filed on 11/16/16, the owner of Plum Fit finally emailed me a copy of my contractWhen I went to the gym and the owner told me she was too busy to stop her workout and make me a copy of my contract and suggested I go online and get it off thrbwebsite, I informed her that her website does not workMany many of us informed her that her website doesn't work multiple timesShe still didn't but careHer assistant told me that he didn't have permission to get me a copyBut conveniently, after my Revdex.com complaint was filed, the owner sent me a copy of the contractThe owner also had days to respond to my complaint and it's humorous to me that she is finally getting around to do so after daysJust shows how disorganized she is at running her business. As far as the owners claim that she told me she cannot discuss other people's accounts with me, I had to ask her to quit discussing other people in my presenceShe started slandering the bootcamp instructor and disclosed specifics to me regarding claims she was making about other members as well as the instructorI made Revdex.com claim since she refused to provide me a copy of my contract, not to go back and forth with he said she said topicsThe facts remain, I made phone calls, two visits, and an email request and was still unable rob get a copy of my contractThe Revdex.com claim was made on 11/16/and after that date, I finally got a copy sent to me.

The customers were notified multiple times of non-compliance and given multiple opportunities to fulfill their obligations prior to their membership privileges being suspended and access to facilities denied. Customer(s) were told once in compliance privileges and access would be reinstated however, the customer(s) refused to comply.
