MSM JR Construction

Review: Contractor took all monies and did not complete project for Home repairs. Breach of Contract. He asked for 45% down before he started project and told me he needed more cash 2 weeks later. (Note: it was during Christmas) Told me it would take 2-3 months to complete. It took him 5 plus months when he did show up, which was not often. He did not complete Home repairs noted on contract. He changed/disconnected his cell phone number this week (April 30 or May 1), I can not reach him. He has not called me. He did not complete project and 2 of the guys working for him left half way thru project. He was dishonest, I always had to call him to ask if/when he would show up at house. Not a way to run a business. He and his wife mis managed funds. Left my home a mess and trash still left behind.Public must be made aware. Note: I tried several times to contact him to do right to no avail.Desired Settlement: I want him to complete job and or pay me back funds due me and what it will cost me now to find another contractor to finish project as well as stress it has caused me living in these conditions.
