we stand behind out product with a month warranty for used or month/12k mile warranty for rebuilt the customer or mechanic didn't fix the original problem of why the customers original engine failed or they mis-installed the replacement engine, causing the engine to be overheated we do not warranty overheated engineswe install heat tabs on all our engines and they melt at 260deg F--engines overheat at deg and above this engine has the heat tabs are clearly overheated on this engine thus voiding the warranty

I am rejecting this response because: as stated by the company "the mechanicmis-installed the replacement engine, causing the engine to be overheated." As previously stated I, Jorge Mendoza, went back to complain about the mis-installmentHence, the company needs to be held accountable for not fixing the issue when I first addressed it It was their mistake upon installation and needed to fix the the problemAs a result from their mistake of mis-installation the engine overheated thus are accountable for the engine overheating and need to uphold the warranty for it was their mistake upon installment

we tried multiple times to contact Mr. [redacted] and no response. we had no choice but to lien the vehicle . certified letters were sent to him and still no response. the lien cleared after 45 days and still no response. Mr. [redacted] has lost ownership to the vehicle because he failed to respond.

The engine in question has been repaired under warrantyCustomer has accepted engine and warranty

I am rejecting this response because:The mechanic that installed the engine mentioned it was a faulty engine, it had nothing to do with the installationI would like them to return the money for the engine, and to please return our vehicle in WORKING condition as it was when we first dropped it offI do not understand the lien, since we can't drive it, and it was drive-able when it was dropped off

we did not install the engine in the customers vehiclethe heat tabs are melted on the engineheat tabs melt at degas stated in our warranty on the receipt(see attached), we can not warranty engines if they have been overheated
