Very rudeI will admit I wasted the technicians time because I ended up asking a lot of questions and not following through with using th service, when I didn't the owner calls meHe told me that I was wasting his employees time and to suck a [redacted] and called me a broke mother [redacted] because I "couldn't spend $50"

I ordered their service and never got my phone fix or the money back, I think someone should take care of this they just take money and wont do the service they promise.
My experience from start to finish was professional, efficient, and concise. As soon as I submitted my order and paid I received detailed instructions on what to do, and what to expect. My technician, Adam, was amazingly fast, and had my phone in working order under thirty minutes.
I was beyond hesitant and skeptical, and truthfully, I was fully prepared to consider the money spent with The Unlock Pros, LLC. to be the final loss on an already bad investment, I couldn't have been more wrong! Needless to say, I am so very pleased with this company, and I will recommend them to anyone I know that can use their services.
I will also be publishing this review on any platform, credible or not, so everyone knows they ARE NOT frauds. They do what they advertise.
